Burj
Khalifa (formerly known as
Burj Dubai), is the world's tallest
building. Construction began in Dubai,
United Arab Emirates on September 21,
2004 and finished in the first of October
2009, and formally opened on January
4, 2010, it is becoming the tallest
building in the world.
At
the total cost of U.S. $ 1.5 billion,
Burj Khalifa is a 828 meters tall skyscaper
with a total area of 4,000,000 m2 and

Khalifa is owned by Emaar Properties, one
of the largest real estate companies in the

The tower,
which was developed by (Emaar) real estate, is an
architectural masterpiece with exceptional aesthetics,
both in terms of geometry or construction at the
height of more than 800 meters. the tower includes
more than 160 floors and can be seen from a distance
of 95 km.
The floor of No. 124 floor balcony is the highest
observation deck open to the public in all parts
of the world.
The tower includes a number of 160 apartments and
suites in luxury.
The distance traveled by the service elevator in
the main tower is 504 meters (world record), but
also the number of floors of office stands at 49
storeys, 12 storeys in the building of the extension
office tower in the number of elevators in the elevator
tower 57.
The total number of apartments within the tower
is 1044 apartments and the number of parking underground
provides parking space for 3000 cars..
